If you had a YAG done then it becomes more tricky to do an IOL exchange.

If i understand the question correctly.. you are asking if you should wear glasses after YAG CAP?
If its a monofocal IOL, you will need glasses for sure.
With a multifocal iol you may not need glasses
For both cases your unaided visual acuity will be helpful to advise further.
