Second Time Yag Laser Surgery
Mom had cataract surgery and putted multifocal lense 3 year ago. Now she is feeling to have white small spot in same eye.(like mosisutre blury spot on spect) .The problem arise after yag laser surgery.Request to please guide is it safe to have Yag laser again to remove that spot.? Can Yag laser be repeated normally ?

Hi, She has most probably developed after cataract (posterior capsular opacity) which has to be removed by yag laser procedure.  It's a very safe procedure.  Nothing to worry.  Yag laser is generally done just once.  There is no need to repeat it.  (If you are referring to the first surgery  as laser, then i would like to clear it that surgery is not done via laser, is done using ultrasound energy.)
