DO stands for Doctor of Optometry. The doctor was doing my treatment and is he eligible to provide a medical certifate that could be valid to submit against a sick leave

Hello there. I can understand your concern. DO stands for doctor orlf optometry but OD doesn't stand for Doctor of optometry. I don't know why a optometrist will put sutures. I don't think that will be valid but you can try. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
