Repetative memory
I got broken with my gf 6 month ago. We were about to marrying in march. But her mother and relative made some circumstances that I said no for marraige. As it was love marriage. But after that I feel that I have taken some wrong decision as there was no time. Well it happend and she married to other guy. But I am stuck here. In morning I always remember all those days even all the chat I have with her family and with her. They repetitive comes in my mind. I feel lethargic. I am not studying as I am feeling not interested in studying now days but my exam are approaching. 2. Even now days all those things come in my dreams. In morning I find guilty. 3. I sleep long time in day even without eating. 4. I am feeling very worried. But at the same time I am trying to heel myself but it wasn't enough for me. 5. I found myself in low level of energy. Plz help me what should I do. I am an working professional at the same time I am preparing For examination too but not studying .should I consul
