Repeating dandruff(flaky,itchy scales)

Respected sir /mam I was suffering from dandruff(itchy,flaky scales )since from one year,after hair bath it is going and gain after two or three days again white scales are formed which are itchy and peeling out and even hair fall similar way slightly white dry skin peeling (looking )near to back of ears.please recommend any good shampoo iam attaching pictures of forehead Please give me a good suggestion Thank you
