Repeatedly high fever
My 2.5 year old son is repeatedly catching hive fever around 102-103 f since last 2 days.
I am controlling his fever by giving him calpol 120 mg paracetamol syrup.
But the fever catches up again once the medicine dose wears.
Pls suggest..

Does he have any chills and rigor , ? Any vomiting, cough and cold. Need detail history

check CBC, WIDAL, if no travel history and sick contacts then no need to worry about covid 19. cdo cold sponging and give him antipyretics to control temperature and antibiotics. consult for further help.
