Repeated blackouts

Asked for Male, 19 Years

In the past 18 months i have passed out for about 5 to 6 times. Each time the duration is between5-10 minutes. One or two times i have vomited also. And one time i passed out two times in a row. Last time i passed out i had a swollen head with one or two blood drops. Is something serious happening or should i just ignore it.
