Reoccurring uti
Hi all, my father getting reoccurring UTI'S from last 18 months after so many antibiotics treatment as per sentivity report as well we had TURP as per doctor suggestions even though my father got again uti.
Can you please let me know is any test/procedure that help why uti is reoccurring as well what is permanent cure.
My father is diabetic as well BP PATIENT.

Diabetic patient also have bladder function problems and have more tendency to have urinary tract infection due to pathophysiology of the disease.
Have adequate control of blood sugar.
A functional study for bladder function like Urodynamic study may be done
