For 3 yrs i took medicine for white heads and after one year of stopping the medicine they have occured again

Greetings.  You'll need bpo based gels for daily application and an anti fungal shampoo .  Don't pop the acne.  This will increase chances of you developing marks.   See a qualified dermatologist near you at the earliest. Hope this helps.  Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal Bengaluru.
