Renal kidney disease indication
This is for my mother. She recently got swelling in her legs and dehydration. We went for kidney tests and ultrasound and found Serum Creatinine - 2.5 Also both kidney are shrunk and there is free fluid in lungs and other body parts as per the ultrasound report

This is suggesting acute Renal injury , if previous reports were normal.
Send me the all her reports for further opinion or consult with a nephrologist. If dehydration is severe then you will have to get her admitted for Iv fluid infusions
