Dad, 58 yrs, diagnosed with exophytic rcc with staging T1bN0M0, Drs suggesting surgery. What will be best and safe, Radical or Partial nephrectomy. He is healthy with no there problem. Please suggest, considering chances of recurrence and surgical complications. Thank you.
