My mother has hematuria since 2 days and ultrasound abdomen shows 8mm calculus at Right VUJ.She is not a known diabetic or hypertensive.No pain abdomen, no burning micturition, No edema seen.Can a stone of that size pass out with medication? And what are other treatment options? Any diet restrictions?
