Renal calculi from this ct scan?
Sir/ma'am I was detected renal calculi on date 22 December but due to ongoing exams I not did surgery please interpret from this films is it still present and where it is present and what to do now

Ct scan still shows stone in left upper ureter , if medical expulsion therapy has been given and it has failed then go for surgery

Hello. Its present in the upper ureter (the tube connecting kidney with bladder) on the left side. Has caused significant swelling of the kidney as well. Must be removed with laser procedure

Yes its still present in the upper ureter. You will require RIRS surgery Dint worry its a scarless , bloodless , painless procedure.
