Remedy to lose weight
Hi... I'm 5"3 n weight 75 kg ... I go for walk almost everyday for 45 mins to 1 hr, I even check for thyroid twice but both came  negative. ... I drink lemon water every morning empty stomach and started drinking apple cider too, the only one thing I can see this as a problem is most of the time m working at home as a freelancer...Most of my work considered me to sit n work for long hours but I do take break in between n go for walk at 6 pm, I avoid rice at night but lunch consist of rice n sometime noodle soups, I eat fruits as well n lots of green veggies and thankfully I have good skin, I started gaining weight two years back before that I was   65kg, I want to know what I should do or Wat to take ...I don't want to join gym as I know I can't be regular... is there any medicine that can burn fats and increase metabolism. .Please help. Thanks

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Check your fasting and post prandial insulin . Meet a good fitness professional n customise a workout that suits you . Increase muscle mass to burn fat - do not use fat burners . Check sleep wake cycle .sleep at 10 pm - this helps .include protein with each meal n chk for micronutrient deficiency. Hope this helps .
