Hi... I'm 5"3 n weight 75 kg ... I go for walk almost everyday for 45 mins to 1 hr, I even check for
thyroid twice but both came negative. ... I drink lemon water every morning empty stomach and started drinking apple cider too, the only one thing I can see this as a problem is most of the time m working at home as a freelancer...Most of my work considered me to sit n work for long hours but I do take break in between n go for walk at 6 pm, I avoid rice at night but lunch consist of rice n sometime noodle soups, I eat fruits as well n lots of green veggies and thankfully I have good skin, I started gaining weight two years back before that I was 65kg, I want to know what I should do or Wat to take ...I don't want to join gym as I know I can't be regular... is there any medicine that can burn fats and increase metabolism. .Please help. Thanks
