Boy, u have written ur height is 5.6 and u are 14 yrs old... How much excess height u want???
Jokes apart
Basically height is inherited from parents and maintained by various hormons in body.
I dont trust such brands and i don't advice coz i don't know about results of such commercial products.
Naturally final growth spurt occurs around the age of 18-22... So dont try any market products.
U can achieve half an feet height more around this age group
