Relating to head problems

Asked for Female, 44 Years

I feel pain like a knock on the lower part of the head in the head. In a way that the head's vein breaks down If I'm sleeping, then i have to wake up that time ..The head seems to be tingling It looks like dizziness..it happens for a while.. Than after everything is ok.. What problem I have?
