Hi i had letrozole 2.5mg two tablets per day for five days. I went for scan on day 10 they told the follicle size is very minimal (10*8)so they gave hmg injection for two days and estradiol tablets for three days. I again went for scan on day 12 they told egg got ruptured. Is it possible a follicle grow and ruptured in two days. Please answer me and thanks in advance

Dear Practo user, it is very unlikely that the follicle grew in two days and ruptured.
Estradiol tablets before ovulation stops the growth of follicles. Hence the follicle that was present must have become atretic and stopped growing.
