Extraction of wisdom tooth has nothing to do with eyesight. If they extracted through surgery their might be slight complications. Their is no or minor issues, So go ahead.
No it's not painful, because extraction always does under local anaesthesia.

There is no harm to eye sight. It will be painless procedure done under local anaesthesia. There are certain known complications associated with procedure which are very less.

Removal of any tooth doesn't affect eyesight. But increasing screen time on mobile or computer can .
On a serious note , removal of wisdom tooth does not affect your eyesight . To prevent pain analgesic and anaesthesia is used. As with any surgical procedure some minor risk will be there.
