Related to tongue and throatFemale, 42I have red dots in my tongue and throat too...and redness increases after eating and some swelling in my face. I am taking medicine for more than 2 months but red dots is not going. What should I do plz advice me some medicine.

Maam... From the pic..those red swollen dome shaped structures are enlarged circumvallate papillae... Which are normal taste buds oriented like a V in the posterior aspect of our tongue. They usually are seen by naked eye. But sometimes are enlarged and reddish if its on constant irritation... Either due to excess use of tongue cleaner, food or chemicals.
