Related to TMJ pain
Sir/maam, I have TMJ pain since 2021 and from then I consult many Doctors with TMJ specialized too and they have do their different treatment some say my teeth has different shap so that's why 4 teeth are took off some gave dental splint, some has advised to bite properly and I have tried everything in last 5 years but till today I haven't fully recovered from my TMJ pain...so my question is that what can I do now.

Sir, if there is pain while opening the jaw, and a clicking sound is heard then it's internal derangement of the joint. If there is pain while clenching and no clicking sound is heard then it is because of occlusal imbalance or heavy muscle load , if this is there then muscle tenderness also will be there.
Next Steps
you need to consult a specialist who has a T-scan unit to exactly identify  the cause for your problem and address it accordingly
