Related to HIV virus

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, my wife had HIV 1&2 test at two months of pregency & came negative & at the time of birth cmia shows reactive & eclia shows non reactive also imonofiltration shows non reactive, now we have done PCR & results are pending , what are the chances of infection.
