Actually this is related to penis foreskin, I can pull it back while penis is erected till my penis head but after that if I stretch it I can feel pain in foreskin will that cause a problem having sex for the first time?
Also a string is attached near the pee hole which stops foreskin to be pulled behind a limit.
Please guide me on this

The string is called frenulum. If u have pain while retracting then the best solution is to get a small surgery done called as frenulectomy or circumcision. It would be best that u visit a surgeon and get yourself examined once and let them guide u with proper treatment.
