Related to epididimal cyst or spermatoce
I felt very hard pain on 2 july on the testes area and in my head (Headache) the testes feels heavy.
After 2 days the pain get relieved and there was a lump observed in the left side downwards of testes .
and After that every thing is normal now
pain is gone but the lump is still there.
No any problem in masterbating.
So, I want to clarify was it is .
In this duration no fever no any other problem generated only.
