My sister was covid positive(mild), after 20 days(after medicine based treatment) her rtpcr report is negative, so she can be out now from isolation?
Also till when a mild positive covid person can spread covid?

there is no spread of virus after tested negative.
Usually after 10-14days a positive person will not having active viruses . She might come out of home isolation but continue to use Mask in house for 1 more week
