If your temp rises to 100, then please take paracetamol 650mg. Please do temperature charting thrice a day.
Please look for any breathing difficulties, cough, diarrhoea and loss of smell/ taste.
You can boost your immunity by eating fresh vegetables and fruits, 2-3 lt of water.
If you like, you can take zincovit and limcee. These are multi-vitamins.
Please maintain social distancing like you have been doing. Hope your husband feels better soon.
