My baby is 17 days old and from birth he had cough and nose blocked.and mostly in night it make sound from throt.i am giving nosoclear from last 7 days but no improvement. Please suggest me what to do

Use saline nasal drops 3-4 hrly each nostrils ....keep the baby warm, breastfeed 2-3 hrly....if the baby is feeding well, active, no breathing difficulty...nothing to worry
