Related to constipation
My father is a heart patient with blood sugar as well. Two months back he had covid, but recovered soon. These days he is having constipation and doesn't having complete poop. Kindly suggest some basic medicine.

Add fibre rich foods in his diet. Stop if he is taking any ORS , eletral powder like medicines. Avoid any spicy aur solid foods. Prefer  dalia with vegetables,soups.
