Asked for Female, 20 Years

Having some hormonal confusion... I was born as a female but I'm not comfortable being a female at all... I'm very sure that i wants to transform female to male but the problem is my siblings don't allow me... Is ftm is real or else it's just my mind set... I really don't understand because my siblings says that female to male is bullshit n there's nothing like that but my self I'm stressed n depressed here thinking of this issue... pls help me doctor... i need someone to advice on this...tq
