Hi,
As you know, she is rejecting you for 4 months. Now its time for you to act on it. Few steps you can to identify your problems:
(1) Need to identify the reason for rejection
(2) Understand whether the problem can be resolved or not. If it can be resolved, speak to her or move on
(3) Analyze yourself what went wrong and work on those areas to improve to feel better
If you need help, talk to psychologist
As you engage with the world, the feedback that you receive for your actions may not be within your control, but how you deal with it makes all the difference. Better still, if you could use the learnings from your experiences for your own evolution.
Every time you experience thoughts of what happened in the past, rather than labeling and interpreting it as rejection, try to see it from the perspective of your friend who might have had an opinion different from yours. Rather than indulging in feelings of hurt, which is natural when a situation doesn't turn out in our favor, try to replace it with respect for your friend's feelings. This will help you see it in a different light and move forward without the burden of hurt.
