Regularly headache, tinnitus(ear pain).

Im diagnosed with allergy rhinitis on 19 Nov.
I'm taking antihistamine (Bilkro m) and nezpray F daily till now. My sneezing and running nose is completely ok.
But other symptoms eg.
1.regularly headache , eye orbit pain
2. Mild ear pain
3. Ear whistling
4. One blocked nostril
Sir, Im totally confused. Which kind of problem it is? Whether it is migraine or sinusitis? No doctor understand my problem , all they prescribe same medicine from different different companies.
I'm not able to focus on my study ( few months after my 3rd attempt NEET exam is there).
Sir plz help me 🙏

It is sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis. Don't worry much. Take the medicine prescribed to you. Do steam inhalation thrice a day for 5 days, it will provide great relief of symptoms. Only steam inhalation can effectively cure it. Otherwise rest all are symptomatic management. If headache is severe, take one paracetamol tablet. Do this and you should be good to give your best for the upcoming neet exam. Good luck.
