Regular Knee pain post exerting
I'm a new runner, however, my knee pain is 15-16 years old. Whenever, I over exert, it hurts. Head for MRI done 5-6 years ago, nothing abnormal was noticed. I'm very active physically. Gym, this, zumba, cycling & now running.. love it all and do it all too but have to allow down as soon as my knee starts to hurt which happens very frequently when I run now. A doc recently noticed that I have a little flat foot and I use an Ortho slippers now. I don't know the real problem of my persisting knee pain. I need to know that and also if it's okay for me to continue running or not. ( I'm preparing for marathons).
