My query is regd which cooking oil to be used for Indian food? We are 36 (M) and 37 (F) years old and our
cholestrol and
LDL levels are higher than range. Of late we've been using cold pressed mustard and cold pressed groundnut oil. We don't eat fried stuff, mostly need oil for sautéing or cooking vegetables. Sometimes, we use ghee for tempering in dal. Which oil can we use for daily cooking especially which is heart friendly? Some suggest coconut oil, some suggest olive oil. Doctors, please guide 🙏
