My question is musterd oil for cooking as well as frying daily it's harm our health in 1970 student musterd oil wich banned in USA caneda as well as Europe countries for the reason presence of Erucic acid in musterd oil it contain 42 % Erucic acid wich affect blood cholesterol raise its toxic acid wich affect heart and lungs studies show that consumption of Erucic acid it's toxic affect many organs heart lungs cancer so it's true in recently studies show Erucic acid only affected on leboretory rats not in humans please tell me consumption of musterd oil is good or bad please explain
