Regarding workout post pregnancy
Hi doc When can I start working out at gym after delivery? I m 3 months post delivery now.. When can I start my core workouts?

U can start exercising after 4 weeks of normal delivery. Exercises should be slowly built up. Core exercises should not be done before 3 months as it can aggravate diastasis recti. For caesarean u need to wait for 4-5 months atleast for core exercises. Light exercises u can start as early as 6 weeks

You can start after 45 days So 3 months postpartum good time to start exercising

You can start if you had a normal delivery. For c section after 4 to 5 months.

After 4-6 months u can do workout if c-section If normal delivery u can workout acter 1.5 months after delivery
