Gym is a very wide term. The answer will depend on what all exercises she is doing in the Gym. Also her height, weight, Hb Level, how active has she been in the sports during her school days. It is better to consult a General Physician for a physical examination before she starts vigorous exercises in the Gym. Then we can decide what exercises she can do and what she should avoid.
