Regarding weight loss
I am unable toh gain weight..my age is 21(F) Nd my weight is 45.. height (5'3") Is it normal or I have to gain weight more..as everyone says I am very lean..what should I do??

I suggest you should do a brisk walk for half an hour and some exercises for about half an hour. You should increase the quantity of your diet by about 10% . Have two eggs per day and 3-4 pieces of dry fruits. Have half a litre of milk. Take one Capsule Multivitamin and two Tab Calcium daily. That should work for you.
