Regarding weight loss
Hi, Now my weight is 89kg before that it is like 92kg,could you please tell me some diet plan through which I will come to normal weight(75kg) below are my daily diet and am following it from the last 15 days. 6am-7am ---yoga class 11 am -1 cup of green tea 1pm - 4 small pulkas+small cup brown rice with curd 4:30pm - 1 cup of green tea 8:30pm - 4 pulkas 9pm-10pm - walking Do I need to follow some other diet is it ok? Please let me know
