Hye, As per her age she can come down 4 to 5 kgs, but again we need to see how much fat mass and muscle mass she has and if she has any medical condition.
Hi
Her ideal weight would be 57.6 kgs and her body fat percentage is 23.9% and her BMI is 23.2 which is ideal for her age, height and weight..
As mentioned above her current weight is 55.75 kgs ..which is good and normal and she can be upto 57 kgs..
So no worries..her BMI is also ideal..and normal and falls in the cut off range ..
Goodluck
Thankyou

Hi ma'am,
The ideal weight is calculated only as per height. However as per age, she would require to know about her total body fat percentage.
As per 5'1" (154.94cm) the ideal weight should be around 48-50 kgs to fall under an Ideal Body Mass Index.
It is suggested that this weight is composed of lesser fat % & higher muscle %. This would help her stay fit & healthy ; because at 53 years, she is likely to face muscle breakdown (naturally). This might make her feel weak & lethargic overall even if her weight is fine.
Next Steps
Getting a body composition done is an easier way to analyse her health status, rather than just calculating height: weight ratio.

Health Tips
Please note that weight is also affected by existing medical conditions.
It’s look fine as per her age n height. Matters to hardly 2-3 kgs but that is also sometimes muscles weight and water weight some time. If she is healthy with no medical problem than no need to concern about her weight
