I have a 5 months old baby girl. She is weighing 8.11kgs. I have consulted two pediatrics. One is saying that we should start giving water. And one is saying that breast milk is enough for her. Start with juices as it contains vitamins and water content as well. And start giving water post 6 months. What should I do

Give expensive breast or formula milk till 180 days/ 6 months completed.
There is no requirement of water currently as it displaces the requirement of breast milk. Juices also displace the same, plus juicing decreases the nutrient content as well.
After the child completes 180 days PLUS has the FOUR solid readiness signs, you can start full fruits (not just the juice). Ive posted about this on Instagram as well.
