Your baby can receive the regular vaccinations as per the vaccination schedule. Sometimes babies can get a fever after vaccination, but that usually subsides in 24 to 48 hours. You can go ahead with the vaccination.

Covid would not have any effect. The usual side effects like fever, pain may occur. You can discuss those with your pediatrician.
