Regarding Vaccination - My Baby Is Of 16 Days..he Got Bcg

Regarding vaccination

My baby is of 16 days..he got bcg vaccine at day 2 of life.but there is no scar formation or no reaction and blister formation....now what should I do? Should it be repeated?
