Regarding trop t and echo
I underwent ecg and echo after sudden heaviness of left arm and left chest. Both reports were normal. Ef ejection fraction came 60 and all parameters were okay. I didn't do trop t, was trop t necessary or echo report is sufficient. Tmt also came negative 2-3 weeka back.

If ECG and echo are normal ,you don't need to do tropt.However if the pain recurs you need to repeat the ECG and if necessary trop .t
