Go for RCT followed by Post and core followed by Crown.
But get the mentined treatment done asap as if the remaining tooth structure is also destructed then it will be difficult to save the tooth.

Hii sir
According to the picture your tooth had a long term infection. You may not feel the pain now because the caries have decayed the pulp as well. So you will definitely need an RCT and since your crown height is very less, you will require the post. So that a cap can be placed after the treatment.
Next Steps
Visit an endodontist.
Health Tips
Do not pick on the teeth with toothpick or any sharp instrument. It will lead to bleeding. And also cause unbearable pain.
