Hi, The above X-ray shows a broken instrument in the root and calcification of the canal in that root, so the next step is dependent on the current situation i.e, any symptoms. If the symptoms are present you may have to visit a root canal speckled who is well versed in instrument retrieval and can finish the root canal, which sometimes is not possible if the canal is completely blocked.

Hi, A broken endodontic instrument is visible in the canal. If there are no symptoms you can leave it as it is, and if their is pain or other sensations, visit an endodontist for Re-RCT.
