My Dr prescribed isotroin 20, but other doctors are saying it's harmful & has adverse side effects in future with pregnancy & severe permanent hair loss

Isotroin is given for moderate to severe acne ,it should be stopped atleast 3 months before conception and hair loss is not permanent it is reversible.
