Check for fasting and pp blood sugar levels in a few days and then depending on those values it can be decided whether medicines are required. Lifestyle modifications are required as follows: Exercise everyday for atleast 30 minutes Cut down sugar in your diet Avoid fast food, fried food items and include fibres such as vegetables

Your lab results shows impaired Hba1c points to pre diabetes.At this time you have to modify your diet habits and include physical activity like brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes a day , losing weight.Medicines are not indicated at present.

Ur are prediabetic.... My advice will be to do dietary modifications and brisk walk for 30 minutes 4 times a week and also u can drink fenugreek soaked water on an empty stomach... Do these for 1 month and then test ur fasting and post prandial blood sugar... And then consult for further management
