Regarding stomach pain

Asked for Male, 53 Years

Hi Sir/Madam My father is facing a severe stomach pain for the past 8 days on the right side of the stomach (next to navel ) . Could you please tell me what would be the cause for this . And also his sugar levels are a bit high 400/310 . He is consuming medicines for diabetics for more than past ten years . He is taking pain killer injections for temprory relief . But that is not actually reducing the stomach pain . ECG and endoscopy reports were normal . Could you please help me with this Thanks
