Sleep disturbance OCD aur stress me kaafi common hota hai, aur Nexito jaise medicines shuru me sleep ko affect kar sakti hain. Aap Nexito ko morning me lena try kar sakte ho (agar doctor ne specifically night dose nahi bola ho), isse sleep thodi better ho sakti hai. Sleep ke liye kuch basic cheezein follow karo: Phone aur screen use sone se 1 ghanta pehle band karo Shaam ke baad chai coffee avoid karo Daily ek fixed sleep aur wake time rakho Room me light kam rakho raat ko Sone se pehle 10-15 min deep breathing ya relaxation karo Agar neend na aaye to bed par force mat karo, thodi der uth jao phir try karo Jo strips tum dikha rahe ho wo short term ke liye li ja sakti hain, lekin regular use bina doctor advice ke avoid karo. Since tumhara OCD bhi worsen ho raha hai, best rahega ek baar psychiatrist se review karwao. Dose adjustment ya short term sleep medicine ki zarurat pad sakti hai. Agar anxiety bahut zyada ho rahi hai ya negative thoughts aa rahe hain to delay mat karo, doctor ko immediately dikhao

"I am truly sorry to hear that you are going through such a challenging phase. Living with Religious OCD while dealing with sleep deprivation can be extremely draining. Since you are already on Nexito 15, your brain is already receiving support for anxiety and OCD. Adding random 'sleep strips' or extra sedative medications without a psychiatrist's supervision is not recommended, as they can interfere with your ongoing treatment. Your priority should be to regulate your 'Circadian Rhythm' through non-pharmacological techniques while discussing a dose adjustment with your treating doctor."

Hi, I understand , Sleep issues are common in such situations and can improve. Start with simple steps Have dinner early 3 hours before sleep Take a light 30 min walk after Dinner before bed. Try to fix a regular sleep time daily. Since you are already on medication for OCD, it’s important not to take any additional sleep medicines or strips without proper guidance. I can help you with a structured plan and review your current treatment. You can book a consultation with me.

I’m sorry that you are going through such a difficult phase right now. Sleep disturbance is very common when OCD and stress symptoms are flaring up, and sometimes the current medicine (Nexito 15) itself may also temporarily affect sleep, especially if taken at night. Please try taking Nexito in the **morning after breakfast** (only if your treating doctor has not specifically advised night dosing). For sleep, first focus on these measures: * avoid phone / screen use 1 hour before sleep * no tea / coffee after 4 PM * fixed sleep time and wake-up time daily * dim lights after 10 PM * deep breathing / relaxation for 10–15 minutes * do not stay in bed awake for long periods Since your symptoms are significantly affecting daily functioning and OCD seems worsened, I strongly advise a **psychiatry review**. Sometimes the dose needs adjustment or a short-term sleep medicine may be added by the treating psychiatrist for a few days. Please seek urgent help if you are having severe anxiety, panic, hopeless thoughts, or any thoughts of self-harm.
