Regarding skin problem

Hie.i have ingrowth marks all over my legs along with black spots and rashes on my butt area and pigmentation in my inner thigh area which makes me very uncomfortable in wearing shorts skirts etc which exposes my legs.how should i get those flawless legs?i have often seen actresses,females with those even toned legs with no marks scars etc.please help
