Regarding sexual problems

Does psychological causes rapid premature ejaculation and Erectile dysfunction. As since last 6 years I am facing it. Whenever I touch, kiss, foreplay with GF and watch some erotic movies immediately I got over excited and feel like discharge of sperms in just few seconds and the sperms come out in just 15-20 secs. And it happens everytime in all those above mentioned cases. Can it treated permanently. Suggest me doctors
